I've been blessed to have been in the improv community for a long time, and it's always great to see some of the people I've known in improv go on to do lots of cool creative projects.

So I thought it would be fun to give you an update on some of the improvisers I've interviewed for Improv Nerd over the years and what they're up to these days.

  1. Lauren Lapkus: Performing her show "Lauren & Mary" at the 312 Comedy Festival in Chicago on Nov. 5. Listen to her on Improv Nerd from 2014
  2. Andy Richter: Performed on Dancing With the Stars last year and is currently hosting their podcast. Listen to him on Improv Nerd from 2013
  3. Jeff Garlin: Recently released a new book called Best Seat in the House. Will be speaking at The Book Stall in Winnetka, IL, on Nov. 21. Listen to him on Improv Nerd from 2014
  4. Rachel Dratch: Currently appearing in Dunkin' Donuts' Pumpkin Spice ad campaign. Listen to her on Improv Nerd from 2017
  5. Jon Favreau: Executive produced the new live-action limited series Lion with National Geographic, now on Hulu and Disney+. Listen to him on Improv Nerd from 2016
  6. T.J. Jagodowski: Teamed back up with Peter Grosz from the Sonic commercials to film a new ad campaign for Jiffy Lube. Listen to him on Improv Nerd from 2012
  7. Brad Morris: Was recently seen in two episodes of Season 5 of The Bear (one of which also features me!). Listen to him on Improv Nerd from 2015

Have you seen any other improvisers doing cool things lately? I'd love to hear about it in the comments below!
